How a Session Works

A gentle, supported experience from beginning to end.

  1. Choose the kind of session that feels right for you, then select either 45 minutes or 75 minutes.

  2. Share the questions, concerns, or connections you would most like to explore through a short pre-session form.

  3. Meet with Sarah Anne on Zoom in a safe, sacred space. Your session will be recorded so you can return to the messages whenever you wish.
